What do our investigative team do?
Once a vehicle has been reported stolen and you have raised a theft with our 24/7 support team or via the customer portal, our expert vehicle tracking team will be on the case straight away.
They’ll work closely with police services and the National Crime Agency to discover the vehicle’s whereabouts and take the necessary steps to recover it. Our market-leading technology will support them during the recovery mission — allowing them to track the vehicle wherever it goes.

Does the investigative team have ex-police experience?
Yes, they do. Members of the team have worked for the police in years gone by. This experience proves to be invaluable on so many of our recovery missions.
Are the investigative team in direct contact with someone if their vehicle is stolen?
Yes, they are. The team will keep in close contact with anyone whose vehicle is stolen to gather as much information as possible and keep them updated as the recovery mission develops.
Do the investigative team work with local police forces when an incident occurs?
After serving in the police service themselves, most of the team have strong relationships with the police. They will work closely on recovery missions, sharing intelligence and locating stolen vehicles. The team also works with the National Crime Agency and Interpol if necessary.
Do the investigative team operate outside of the UK?
The investigative team have carried out recovery missions outside of the UK. This will depend on the nature of the incident. However, if it means that we have the best chance of recovering the vehicle, the team will operate outside of the UK.
How do the team use your expert vehicle tracking solution during recovery missions?
Using the GPS tracker fitted in the vehicle, the team can track and locate it if the unthinkable happens. The technology has helped our team achieve a 99.1% recovery rate.
